Among over than 1.000 wine labels the noble Nebbiolo certainly takes a place of honor. It can be found, in his different expressions, from the nearest Valtellina to the more famous wineries in the Langa (Piedmont region).
The focus is surely on Italian wines but with digressions beyond the Alps and on any winery which can express artisanship and passion.
We offer the entire selection of our labels for retail sale. You can choose your take-away bottle directly from the cellar or consume it at the table where we offer tastings with local products.
The Semuda
The ingredient that cannot be missed in Aquila D’Oro’s menu is the Semuda, a typical cheese that has existed for more than 300 years and is currently made following the same processing techniques of the origins and can withstand very long agings.
It represents the very unmissable ingredients of this menu.
The Kilometre Zero
In its laboratory of kilometre (under-zero) typical Lake Como’s and mountain dishes are offered but also enriched by innovation spirit and by a touch of originality, that does not want to denature or appear unlinked to this tradition, but aimed to exalt the flavors of the past.
